The Village of Port Washington North has updated its Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) Plan to meet the requirements outlined for Year 2 of the permit term under the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation’s (NYSDEC) General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) (GP-0-24-001). The updated SWMP Plan, dated November 2025, is provided below for public review and comment on the Village’s stormwater program.
